1. Services
Venus Packers & Movers provides packing, moving, transportation, storage, and relocation services. The specific services, timelines, and costs will be agreed upon during the pre-booking consultation and documented in your service agreement.
2. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation and agreed advance payment
- Final charges depend on actual goods, distance, and additional services required
- Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about goods, access, and destination
- Ensure all goods are legally owned and permissible to transport
- Inform us about any fragile, high-value, or special care items in advance
- Ensure access to both pickup and delivery locations on the agreed date/time
4. Liability & Insurance
Venus Packers & Movers takes utmost care of your belongings. However, our liability is limited to damage caused directly by our negligence. We recommend availing transit insurance for high-value items. Insurance coverage, if opted, is subject to the terms of the insurance provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48+ hours before move: Full refund of advance payment
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before move: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund of advance payment
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal items, hazardous materials, explosives, live animals, perishable food items, or any items prohibited by law.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
